Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring that boot boxes are placed inside a separate shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
